Overview

At Aurum Traders, we strive to provide high-quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

Note: Due to the nature of food products, returns are not accepted for opened or used items unless they are defective.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email or phone with your order details
  2. Share clear images/videos of the product showing the issue
  3. Our team will review and approve the request
  4. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you through the return process

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products returned after the specified time period
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

Replacement Policy

  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, we offer replacement instead of refund, wherever applicable
  • Replacement will be processed after verification
